What to expect from Travel More With Tiffany?

The engagement of Travel More With Tiffany is to provide you with the following:

- Discuss your needs and suggest a suitable travel package.

- Research and co-ordinate all aspects of your travel arrangements as discussed.

- Organize your travel from beginning to end including flights, accommodation, transport, tours and activities (where applicable.)

- Provide you with links for required documentation, visa requirement information, provided by your designated country and the World Health organization recommendation for vaccinations and testing.

- Be on hand from the planning stage to your return home.

What are the planning fees for?

Travel More With Tiffany will ensure that our services are provided in accordance within an agreed time frame and to a professional standard.  In order to perform the professional services required to plan and arrange your travel a planning fee is required before the start of this engagement, which is non-refundable, non-transferrable, and is not a deposit towards your trip. Should you change your mind about booking your trip or decide to book at a date outside the 30 day planning period, a new planning fee will be due unless otherwise discussed in advance.

Generally your planning fee covers up to 6 options for your travel tailored to your preferences and specifications acquired through the client information form and additional follow up as needed.  You will have 30 days working with Travel More With Tiffany to get your perfect trip booked, starting on an agreed upon date after applicable fees, information forms and data collection are complete. Planning fees are $25/person for non groups, and $200 total for contracted groups and are due when planning begins.

What does the timeline look like for each trip?

Travel More With Tiffany strives to provide your first option(s) for your travel within 5 business days of an agreed upon start date.  Once the options are sent to you, please respond within 5 business days about your options.

We will fine tune your favorite option or provide up to 3 additional options within 5 business days of follow up.  Once you have your final option(s), please respond within 5 business days to begin the booking process. 

Once you have decided on your travel itinerary, a payment authorization document will be sent to you via DocuSign.  Please return this document within 48 hours.  All prices are subject to change from suppliers until a deposit is made and the more time between communications, the greater the chance of changes. 

What do we need from you?

To ensure the smooth planning and execution of your travel arrangements, we require timely communication from you. It is important that you respond promptly to our communications, particularly regarding the travel options we send, any required documentation, and any follow-up questions we may have. This will help us stay on track with your booking process and ensure we secure the best options for your trip.

You are also required to arrange reasonable access to relevant individuals and documents, ensuring that the information you provide is complete and accurate. If there are any delays, changes, or new information related to your travel plans—such as changes in personal details, travel dates, or requirements—we ask that you notify us as soon as possible. Keeping us informed is crucial for ensuring the success of your travel arrangements.

If we do not receive any communication or response from you within 10 days after our last contact, we will consider that you no longer wish to proceed with our services. At that point, we reserve the right to terminate the planning process, and any planning fees paid will be considered non-refundable.

Deposits and Payment

Any deposit from you to secure a booking is deemed as non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Payment of a deposit enables the suppliers to hold a reservation for you, but does not guarantee the price unless otherwise stated. The price can only be guaranteed once we receive full payment and confirmation of the booking, and it is secured and subject to any terms and conditions of the Supplier. You will be advised at the time of paying the deposit when full payment is required.

Once you submit a payment authorization, you are giving consent for us to debit your credit card with the relevant amount to the corresponding suppliers. We do not accept personal checks as a method of payment.

If we have arranged a package, this may be made up of multiple suppliers resulting in multiple charges to your payment method rather than one for the total. The sum of these charges will not exceed the amount authorized. We are not liable for any double charging of your credit/debit card or refunding that is not of our doing. We will endeavor to assist you if a problem arises, however, it is ultimately your responsibility.

Any unforeseen expenses, in-destination expenses, or emergency expenses are the sole responsibility of the client, and Travel More With Tiffany cannot be held responsible.

We generally send documents to our customers electronically whenever possible. Should a request be made for any documents to be sent as hard copies, an administrative fee will apply.

Cancellations and Amendments

Once we have purchased your travel package, your contract is now between you and the suppliers, and they may amend or cancel your bookings. As your travel professionals, we will ensure that you are promptly notified through email in the first instance of any significant changes, once we become aware of such changes before your departure. However, we will not accept liability for any changes or costs incurred that may result in this action.

You will then have the choice of:

  • Accepting the change of arrangements,

  • Accepting an offer of alternative travel arrangements (if available), or

  • Cancelling your booked arrangements and receiving any applicable refunds as determined by the Supplier’s terms and conditions.

We do not guarantee that any refunds will apply, and we will act as an intermediary for these matters. Refunds are subject to the terms of the Supplier.

If we have booked you a flight and we are alerted to a significant schedule change by your airline before you leave your country of departure, we will contact you by email to advise you of this. Please ensure that you have given us an updated version of your contact email address and phone number, preferably your cell number, and that you regularly check for messages before you leave. We have no control over any airline schedule changes or delays, and we will not accept liability for costs which may arise as a result of cancellations, delays, changes, or amendments.

If you are booked to change airports or flights, it is your responsibility to check with the airline that any onward flights you have confirmed are operating as booked. We strongly recommend that you contact your airline at least 72 hours before the scheduled departure of each flight, making sure you have a confirmation number. Please note that for some airlines it is mandatory to confirm with them before you fly.

By booking your travel with us or using our website, you agree to be bound by this Agreement, including any additional terms and conditions of any Supplier that are necessary to your booking, travel arrangements, tours, or any website content. You agree on behalf of yourself and those you represent to comply with all the terms and conditions, including payments of all amounts due to relevant suppliers. You acknowledge that any violation of any such terms and conditions may result in:

  • The cancellation of your reservation or purchase,

  • The loss of any monies paid for your reservation (flight, accommodation, or otherwise),

  • Denial of access to the applicable travel-related product or service, and

  • Our right to debit your account for any costs incurred as a result of such violation.

We do not knowingly represent anyone under the age of 18. Therefore, you agree that:

  • You are of sufficient age to use our services and website and can create binding legal obligations in connection with your use,

  • You are legally authorized to act on behalf of those you represent to conduct and make arrangements on their behalf and accept these terms and conditions on their behalf,

  • You will ensure that there is only one person dealing with us to arrange the travel, eliminating any conflicting arrangements,

  • The information supplied by you and other members you represent is true and correct,

  • You are responsible for informing such persons involved of all terms and conditions applicable to their travel arrangements, and

  • You understand that you are financially responsible for any use of our services or website by you and any parties using your name and information.

Changes to Your Booking

If a change is requested by you to your travel arrangements and is permitted by the suppliers, our standard service fees will apply in addition to any additional charges imposed by the Supplier. Please contact us to inquire about changes, and if possible, request any modifications. Please note that all reservation changes are subject to availability and the terms and conditions of the suppliers and the package purchased.

Name changes are typically treated as a cancellation by most airlines and suppliers. We will endeavor to accommodate any changes, but please bear in mind that additional charges from the airline or supplier will apply under their terms and conditions.

Flights must be taken in the order they appear on your ticket or e-ticket confirmation. If for any reason you cannot take a flight as booked, please contact us in advance to discuss your options. Failure to check in on time for a confirmed reservation may result in the airline registering you as a “no-show,” potentially leading to extra charges or the cancellation of your entire itinerary.

Cancellation of Your Booking

In the event you cancel your booking (this includes auto-cancellation due to non-payment), you may be entitled to a partial refund in accordance with the Supplier's terms and conditions. In addition to the cancellation terms and conditions of your Supplier(s), a fee will apply that will be outlined on your itinerary/booking confirmation.

Refunds will only be paid once the Supplier(s) are informed and in accordance with their terms and conditions. Generally, flight tickets cannot be refunded if they are partially used, and refunds are typically in the form of flight credits. We are not responsible for a supplier’s failure to provide a refund.

If your cancellation is covered under your travel insurance policy, you may be able to reclaim your cancellation charges through your insurer. We strongly advise you to read and review each document carefully to understand your coverage.

If the reason for your cancellation is non-payment and you would like to rebook, a rebooking fee will apply.

Airline Reservations

It is your responsibility to ensure that all the details on your ticket and other travel documents are correct and to bring any errors or discrepancies to our attention immediately (within 24 hours). Your travel documents are valuable and should be kept safe. We recommend printing two copies of your travel documents: leave one copy with a close relative or friend and take the other copy with you. It is not always possible to replace lost, stolen, or damaged travel documents.

Prior to booking international travel, we recommend that you review the government’s prohibitions, warnings, and advisories for your destinations. While we will inform you of any relevant alerts, it is ultimately your responsibility to assess any potential risks at your destination.

Passport, Visa, and Immigration

It is your responsibility to fulfill and adhere to passport, visa, and immigration requirements applicable to your destination. We recommend confirming these requirements with the relevant embassies or consulates. We are not responsible for you being unable to travel due to failure to meet these requirements. While we will advise you of the necessary documents, ensuring that all your documents are valid remains your responsibility.

Insurance

Travel insurance is a vital part of your booking, and we strongly advise you to purchase adequate coverage for the duration of your journey. Some travel arrangements and destinations may require mandatory travel insurance. While we can book travel insurance for you through our suppliers, we are not insurance agents and can only provide general information. Travel insurance can protect your investment before your trip and your well-being during it, as most US health insurance does not apply outside the USA.

Travel Advice and Vaccinations

We will advise you of any required vaccinations; however, it is your responsibility to confirm the necessary vaccinations for your itinerary. We will guide you to the appropriate websites, but making the arrangements for necessary vaccinations is your responsibility.

Modification of Terms and Conditions

Travel More With Tiffany reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. Your continued use of our website and services after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the modified Terms and Conditions.
